Far Far Away just got a whole lot naughtier.
The ogre-inspired burlesque spectacular that smashed box office records at Edinburgh Fringe is coming to NAFA, and nothing will ever be the same. Dazzling drag, cheeky burlesque, musical theatre, comedy and larger-than-life characters collide in a raucous, unapologetically silly adults-only night out.
Expect jaw-dropping performances, ridiculous costumes and a cast that absolutely revels in chaos. In 2024, Swamplesque became the highest-selling show at the entire Edinburgh Fringe Festival, then came back for more at Edinburgh Christmas. Now it’s Townsville’s turn.
